My Life Is On The Scale

My life's on the scale and it's balanced
it's dark here but I know which way to go
there's a light off in the distance
it's there for me only to show
the way I must go now
turn my back on everything else
alone I step into the unknown
as quiet as a mouse

Spirits of those who passed before me
are floating around me every where
exactly what they want from me
isn't very clear
I feel no fear and will go on
after all this is my fate
I know my time is over
I must move on, before it's to late
