Lovers Potion

Berries, roots, seeds and stems
stitches from house wife's hems
tail of toad and fur from a cat
mixed together in a wizards hat
poured in a pot to boil over a fire
watching each other burning with desire
it won't be long once we get the notion
and drink a little of this lovers potion
Lost in wonder, lust and greed
we have sexual appetites to feed
just a look, no words need be spoken
even when we're old and broken
tired and weak frail and gray
things don't work as well as yesterday
when we get that funny notion
we mix a batch of lovers potion
Taste like crap but does the trick
drink too much and you'll get sick
effects could last up to four hours
you'll both need short naps and showers
when you finish and your both spent
wondering where the hell time went
since you first got that notion
drank some of that lovers potion
