Until I Write Again

I've closed my blinds
turned off my phone
pulled down the shades
want to be alone
don't answer my door
never check my mail
I'm tired and weak
and ever so pale
Nothing to do
no place to go
nothing to say
I don't want to know
please don't give me
any more bad news
I'm sad and alone
hurt and confused
This is the last poem
I'll ever write
ain't drawing no more
not after tonight
sooner or later
there's always an end
this is my last poem
until I write again...
