They Work The Fields
They work the fields
All summer through
Digging, planting, and watering too
Come the fall
They work anew
baggin and boxing till daylight is through
Sugar Cane, Rice and Corn thats blue
Yucca, Yams and more for you
Harvest is the very best time
Silly words these, that rhyme
Telling tales of years gone by
When I watched them
Thru blood shot eyes
