Back To School
In a dream one night I found myself
sitting back in my old school
there were apples on the teachers desk
we were taught The Golden Rule
all my old friends were there with me
our art was hanging up on the back wall
the dream was so amazing to me
I couldn't believe all I saw
Little Mary sat right next to me
she had a short dress on
and Johnny sat where he used to sit
he always got the answers wrong
then the bell would ring and we'd go outside
gather in groups, have fun and play
in a dream I found myself back in school
late one night the other day
